Terms and Definitions

The following terms are used in this Agreement with the meanings given below:

• Acceptance: Full and unconditional acceptance by the Client of the terms of this Agreement.
• Site, Service: An internet site under the smsolve.com domain name or Mobile Applications that provide the Client the technical ability to use the Services under this Agreement.
• Active Number: A subscriber's number owned by the Service and used to provide the Services under this Agreement.

General Terms and Conditions for Providing the Services

Services are provided in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, as well as in accordance with any additional terms and conditions posted on the smsolve.com website.

Payment Procedure and Cost of Services

The Client agrees to pay for the Provider's services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement and any tariffs posted on the website.

Rights and Obligations of The Parties

The Client and the Provider have rights and obligations as set forth in this Agreement, including but not limited to the Client's obligation to pay for services and the Provider's obligation to deliver those services.

Duration of the Contract, Amendments, and Termination

This Agreement is effective from the moment of Acceptance by the Client and remains in effect until the obligations of both parties are fulfilled. The Provider reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement with notice to the Client.

Confidentiality and Personal Data

The Provider is committed to protecting the confidentiality of the Client`'`s information and personal data, in accordance with the privacy policy available on the smsolve.com website.

Dispute Resolution Procedure

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations, with a mandatory pre-court claim procedure.

Account Deletion

The Client may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting the Provider at [email protected].

Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Provider regarding its subject matter.
